It may be uncommonly mild at the moment (and to be honest, I think we deserve it after the last couple of icy winters), but it doesn’t stop those pesky head colds from sneaking up on us. I know quite a few people battling the sniffles at the moment, and of course Rose & Co. has a solution.
Our Jack Frost Salve is an old fashioned decongestant vapour-rubbing ointment with a unique blend of menthol, eucalyptus and pine that will ease blocked sinuses. You can rub this soothing salve on your chest and back before bed, and I’d also recommend you add a teaspoon in a bowl of hot water, hold your head over and cover with a towel for a sensational steam inhalation. Combined with rest and drinking plenty of fluids, you’ll be back on your feet in no time.
