Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Please note that there is a currency converter on the site, click on the icon below the main menu on the home page.

Shipping And Handling - Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Signed For Service where possible and carriage is charged by weight. Heavier items a will be shipped by Royal Mail standard parcels. The carriage charges will be calculated and displayed when you go to the checkout. Handling is a flat fee of £1.00 and also covers packing. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery in the UK and 10-14 days for US, Canada, EU and Worldwide.

Delivery Schedule - We are a small independent shop with no warehousing facilities. All orders are packed in our shop, therefore please allow 7-10 days for delivery in the UK and 10-14 days for US, Canada, EU and Worldwide, though we will endeavour to ship sooner. Please note that some packages must be signed for. If you are out when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with details for re-delivery or collection.

Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will contact you giving you an indication of how long before the goods come in and give you the option of waiting or canceling your order. If part of your order is available you will be given the choice of waiting until the whole shipment is ready or receiving two consignments.

Tax Charges - VAT is included at 17.5%.

We are happy to offer a full refund on unopened goods returned within 30 days although please be aware that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange underwear.
