MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and JCB via WorldPay. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
FREE SHIPPING ON UK ORDERS OVER £40.00
UK orders up to 0.5kg will be shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail Service. UK orders over 0.5kg will be shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For Service and will require a signature. Carriage charges will be calculated according to weight and displayed as you go to the checkout. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery in the UK and 10-14 days for US, Canada, EU and Worldwide, though we will endeavour to ship sooner.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We are a small independent shop with no warehousing facilities. All orders are packed in our shop, therefore please allow 7-10 days for delivery in the UK and 10-14 days for US, Canada, EU and Worldwide, though we will endeavour to ship sooner. We ship all goods using Royal Mail. Most orders will require a signature. If you are out when the postman tries to deliver, a card will be left informing you of collection office address or to re-arrange delivery. Please ensure that you contact them within 7 days of receiving the card, or your parcel will be returned to us and incur extra shipping if re-sent.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you giving you an indication of how long before the goods come in and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order. If part of your order is available you will be given the choice of waiting until the whole shipment is ready or receiving two consignments.

VAT is included where applicable.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be totally happy with your purchases from the Rose & Co. online shop. However, should you wish to return your items to us for an exchange or refund, please do so within 10 days of receipt.
All items must be returned unused, pristine and with all tags attached along with a photocopy of your receipt/invoice from our online shop. Once items arrive back to our shop, you will be issued with a refund or an exchange. You will be required to pay postage on any exchanges and we will contact you first to let you know how much before we ship your replacement.

We do not refund P & P.
